Communities

CHERRY CREEK

Cherry Creek is an upscale, thriving, dynamic pedestrian neighborhood where ultramodern, exquisite luxury townhomes coexist with older charming bungalows and new multi-unit buildings framed by large trees.

SOUTHERN HILLS - WELLSHIRE

SLAVENS SCHOOL

The Southern Hills/Wellshire neighborhood is located in the city of Denver but feels suburban with mature trees and winding streets. The homes have generous lot sizes which is one reason why this neighborhood has remained a Denver favorite for many years. Most homes are ranch style built in the 50's and 60's. The highly desirable, Slavens K-8 School is a top rated Denver public school and is located in the heart of the neighborhood. On most mornings during the school year, you will see kids walking and riding bikes to school. There is a strong community in the neighborhood with events for all to enjoy including a 4th of July parade and an Easter egg hunt. I have worked and lived in the neighborhood for many years and have first hand experience with the community and school. The Wellshire public golf course is close by and offers an 18 hole course, restaurant, bar and can host large events. The University of Denver is also close by and a great place to watch hockey, lacrosse or basketball games. It is also a great resource for swimming lessons, gymnastics lessons for the kids and a workout facility for the adults. This neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to Cherry Creek, the Denver Tech center, Downtown, I25, light rail and shops and restaurants.

BONNIE BRAE - BELCARO

CORY MERILL

Conceived 80 years ago by architect S.R. DeBoer, the quaint neighborhood of Bonnie Brae was designed to resemble a Scottish village located on the fringes of Denver.

Named for the magnificent 54-room Georian country estate and tennis pavilion built by retired Senator Lawrence Phipps in the early 1930s, the Belcaro neighborhood today includes beautiful homes with lovely lawns surrounding the mansion that remains at its center.

WASHINGTON PARK

A charming older neighborhood with mature shade trees, quiet streets, and well-cared-for bungalow style homes. "Wash Park," as it is fondly called, offers excellent access to any major location in the city.

CHERRY HILLS VILLAGE

Renowned for its rural atmosphere, luxurious houses, and quality of life, Cherry HIlls Village is one of Denver's most affluent neighborhoods. The village offers an extensive trail system, as well as rolling expanses of lovely open countryside.

GREENWOOD VILLAGE

In Greenwood Village, commercial districts - including nationally recognized business parks - thrive alongside upscale homes in covenant-controlled developments and open meadows of golden grass. The urban-rural community offes a vast mix of newer home types, from large estates to smaller patio homes to sprawling ranches.

CENTENNIAL

Centennial, Colorado is a large suburb of Denver that stretches across southern Denver and is only 25 minutes from downtown. The City is consistently recognized both locally and nationally for its superb quality of life, safety, great neighborhoods and abundance of recreational opportunities. Centennial and its open spaces are usually accompanied by recreational trails and parks, including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, the High line Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail, as well as Big Dry Creek and Little Dry Creek Trails.

LITTLETON

The southernmost city of the metro area, Littleton is home to several nationally known companies. Planning and zoning controls have preserved the city's distinctive downtown and neighborhoods. At the heart of Littleton is a charming business and retail area of restored turn-of-the-century-buildings, offering a delightful collection of restaurants, shops, and the recently renovated and expanded Littleton History Museum.

CASTLE ROCK

An ever-growing community of over 28,000 residents residing in a variety of numerous planned neighborhoods. Natural and cultural beauty abound. The "ArtFest" art festival is held in Septemeber and attracts artisans from all over the country with approximately 20,000 attendees.
